It is possible to control the display settings of the numbers/Values in a report using the Numbers tab in display settings.
Follow below steps to view and set the custom settings to Numbers.
Below are the options available for formatting the numbers
Value Display
Enable to all total, gross values on the top of the table
Show values on the top
Enable to apply formatting like font color and signage style for positive and negative numbers.
Positive and Negative value display
Select blank, zero or hyphen from the drop down on how you want to display the null values. You can also select as custom and can enter the custom character in the space provided against null text.
Null display options
Null custom text
Select blank, zero or hyphen from the drop down on how you want to display the zero values. You can also select as custom and can enter the custom character in the space provided against Zero text.
Zero Display options
In Custom Character - Insert desired text , enter Max 6 character
Zero Custom Text
Insert the desired decimal separator in the space provided.
Decimal Separator option
Replacing decimal point with Exclamation mark
Insert the desired thousand separator in the space provided.
Suppress Calculation Errors
You can enable this to hide calculation errors. You can customize the error visual.
