The following options are available to easily reverse actions, reset to default, and perform quick adjustments:

• Undo & Redo
• Reset all
• Copy data to Clipboard
• Rails
• Best Fit

From the Home tab under the Setup category:

• To reverse the last action done in the visual, click on the Undo icon. Undo can be used more than once.
• To reverse the last Undo done in the visual, click on the Redo icon. Redo will be enabled only after an Undo is done and can be used more than once.

• To clear all the actions done in the visual and to return to the first step, click on Reset All.

• Click on the “Rails” icon to do easy and quick width and height adjustments.

• The visual automatically sets the column and row width/height according to the data by clicking on the Best Fit Icon.

  

• Use the menu on Columns to Insert New Measure/Column and Sort columns.

  

• Use the menu on Rows to Insert New Row, Expand and Collapse Hierarchies.
