To resolve the issue of facing a consent page while logging into Inforiver portal or connecting to Integrations or Writeback destinations, a Tenant Admin needs to give consent to Inforiver's Entra ID app. This can be done by logging in with the tenant admin account and accepting the consent on the presented screen.

Issue

There are a few occasions where an end user might face the below page when they try to login to Inforiver portal or while trying to connect to any of the Integrations or Writeback destinations.

Why it Happens?

This is due to the fact that your tenant admin hasn’t given consent to a few or all permissions required by Inforiver’s Entra ID app to successfully authenticate you.

How to Resolve?

A Tenant Admin needs to consent to Inforiver’s Entra ID app to fix this problem. This can be done by following these simple steps:

Step I

Go to the below URL and login with your tenant admin account

Step II

A consent screen similar to this will be presented. You need to select Accept and the consent action is completed
